Full Fatra mechanically fixed single ply system – Garage roof replacement

The roofing team became unstuck when stripping the existing felt roof to find every timber completely rotten!

As you can see in the first image a whole roof-renewal was required.

Two days work from start to finish which included all new; wall plate timbers, main roof joists, cross battens 18mm OSB and @fatrauk mechanically fixed single ply system. We also installed a neat, torch on felt separator detail between the new roof and existing shed as well all new White PVCu fascia’s and rainwater goods.
