Conservatory Roof Refurb

An ageing conservatory roof was leaking and making the room in-habitable due to the poor climate control of the existing polycarbonate roof.

Here we’ve stripped the roof back and re-built creating a timber warm roof construction. Made up of timber joists, 18mm OSB, VCL,150mm PIR insulation, Sikaplan PVC single ply membrane, Titan flat glass rooflight and plaster-board inside ready for skimming.

Ultimately this will allow the room to be used all year round whilst being 100% watertight.
