The survey by Kevin was thorough with drawings and costings quickly furnished. The roof was surveyed again by the team who were going to carry out the roof which added to my confidence in choosing the firm. Obviously Covid impacted when the work was completed but Siobhan stayed in touch. The team worked incredibly hard – arriving early and working as long as there was light. They were cheerful – I did feel guilty in not being able to offer hospitality – and cleaned up assiduously. The work looks fabulous and has really added to the visual appeal of the back of the bungalow. The room is warm, cosy and very attractive. I love the light from the lantern.
