I would like to say how confident we feel in the competence and hard work of your team, who seem to have done an excellent job for us. We obviously hope that in coming months we will see the benefit of the various tasks they have undertaken, but anyway they have worked very hard and with very good humour, so I wanted to pass on our thanks and gratitude for what they have done and the help they have given.
