We are delighted to write to you, to congratulate and thank you for being a ‘quality company’.
Our first encounter was with Kevin when he called to give us quote, for complete replacement of guttering, soffit, fascia with extra decorative mouldings. Also required was for all the house ridge tiles to be re-fixed, valleys repaired etc. It was quite a big job.
He explained everything in detail to us and answered all our questions. Whilst there was an initial sharp intake of breath at the cost, we wanted to deal with a reputable company and we have no regrets.
It has been our pleasure to meet, with your employees who at all times have displayed courtesy and customer focus. Their work is professional, to a very high standard and they are clean and tidy.
ln particular we would mention Kelly and Liam who have been here throughout. What lovely guys, so accommodating and thoughtful. Nothing is too much trouble and they have gone the extra mile. The one bay window proved to be somewhat challenging, but Kelly rose to it and conquered it in under two days. They even insist on cleaning up after themselves, in our experience, this seems to be somewhat lacking these days!
We are thoroughly delighted with the products and the workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending you. In fact, as this letter is being typed, Kevin is calling on our neighbour Mr. Mulley at No.9. He has seen the work being carried out on our property and asked us if we were happy. The simple answer – we gave him Kevin’s business card!

In closing, we can only say what a pleasure it has been having Kelly and Liam work on our property. PLEASE ensure our thanks are conveyed to them. They have done an outstanding job and deserve full credit.
