Sikaplan Flat Roofing Project, Redmarley

From a failing flat roof to an all new @sikalimited Sikaplan PVC single ply membrane warm roof.

As you can see in the images, the lads took the roof right back to joists and installed a new build up, which included:

• 18mm OSB
• Sarnavap 500E VCL
• 140mm TR26 Insulation
• Sikaplan G-15
• 1 x Triple Skin Velux Roof Access Hatch
• Mansard Lead Flashing
• Sikaplan G-15 to bay roof
