Swish fascia, soffits and guttering will not rot, warp, decay, flake or chip, removing the need for regular painting and reducing ongoing maintenance costs.

How much will a roofline system cost?
If you have rough measurements for the area of your roof, we can give you an estimate over the phone and then visit your property to give a no obligation quote. The systems we install have a 10 year guarantee and are made from high quality PVC elements, which means that they require none of the hassle of traditional wooden roofline. They won’t rot, decay, flake or chip, saving our customers from expensive maintenance costs.
Do you remove all the old wooden fascia’s & soffits (possible cement bonded asbestos) and bargeboards?
Yes, all our roofline refurbishment is full replacement of fascia, soffit, bargeboard soffit and all rainwater goods. We do not cap/cover existing fascia or soffit, reasons for this are as follows: Existing timber fascia will have deteriorated over time, possible rot, ingress of water on top where tiles are sealed also behind where attached to rafters. Rates of expansion are different between timber and PVCu planking, Note: 6% of our total workload is removing Cap/cover job carried out by other companies.
What’s the life expectancy of your roofline products?
As we are Swish approved installers we only use the highest quality products which have a BBA certificate (British Board of Agreement) for a colour fastness and life expectancy of at least 25 years.
Do you take away all the old materials and waste?
Yes, each day we remove all unwanted old materials and dispose in an environmentally friendly way. Each day the property/site is swept, cleaned and tidied.
Do you use sub-contractors?
No we DO NOT use sub-contractors. We have our own fully trained installers which means we can guarantee you the best level of service, making us fully accountable for the entire project. Our installers are have an accreditation in GQA Level 2 NVQ Level 2 Diploma in fenestration installation.
Do you use ladders?
No. Ladders are only used to carry out the survey and to gain access onto the scaffold that will need to be erected.
Do I get a guarantee and certificate for my property portfolio and will you come back if I have a leaking gutter?
Yes every installation comes with a 10 year insurance backed guarantee certificate for your property portfolio. Our after sales service is second to none if you should ever have a problem. Our installers are have an accreditation in GQA Level 2 NVQ Level 2 Diploma in fenestration installation.
Do I need to paint or clean the roofline?
No. All of our products are designed to be maintenance free, however occasionally a little bit of soap and water will keep them looking tip top.
How long do I have to wait before you do the installation?
From point of order to completed installation approximately between 3-6 weeks max depending on weather and time of year.
