How much will a flat roof placement cost?
If you have rough measurements for the area of your roof, we can give you an estimate over the phone and then visit your property to give a no obligation quote. The systems we use last at least 3 times longer than traditional methods, such as felt roofs, which is why so many customers will pay more for PVC Flat Roofing in the short term, for the quality assurance (with 15+ years guarantee).
How long before I will have to replace my flat roof again?
All of the systems we use have a tested shelf life of 40 years.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes we give a minimum of 15 years Guarantee on all our roofing installations.
Why do I need to insulate my flat roof?
The government have bought out a ruling in compliance with document L saying any flat roof refurb has to undertake a thermal improvement, if its part of the main dwelling. This will make your property more thermally efficient, saving you money on your heating bills.
Can I fit these single ply systems myself?
Sorry, no. To install these systems you must have full training and be an approved installer direct to the manufacturer to ensure they safeguard their products and guarantees.
