Greenway Centre G-15 Roofs

2 x Sikaplan G-15 roofs recently completed at The Greenway Centre in Southmead.
The tower roof consisted of an overlay and complete encapsulation of the parapets with our Sikaplan detail which bulletproofs the parapet wall and roof.

The lower toilet block & link roof was slightly different with a complete re-deck, 140mm TR26 Sikatherm Insulation, Sikaplan G-15 and PVC Fascia / Soffit / Guttering. (Walkway treads used as anti climb deterrents).
